Use AI TTS Directly in ChatGPT with Our Custom GPT
TTS Inside ChatGPT
AI TTS Microservice is now available as a Custom GPT in ChatGPT. You connect your account once via OAuth, and then you can generate speech, browse voices, manage your library, and check usage through a conversation.
No API keys to configure. No code to write. Just ask.
What You Can Do
Once connected, ChatGPT has access to the same capabilities as the REST API and MCP server:
- Generate speech: provide text and a voice, get a download link when audio is ready
- Browse voices: filter by language, provider, gender, or model type
- Check costs: ask how much a generation would cost before spending credits
- Manage your library: view collections, tags, bookmarks, and storage usage
- Create shares: generate shareable audio links with access controls
- Monitor jobs: check status, list recent generations, get audio links
How to Connect
- Open the AI TTS Microservice GPT in ChatGPT
- On first use, ChatGPT asks you to sign in
- Review the requested permissions and authorize the connection
- Start talking — ask it to generate speech or browse voices
The authorization uses OAuth 2.0. Your credentials are never shared with ChatGPT. It receives a scoped access token that you can revoke at any time.
Example Conversations
Generate speech:
"Generate an MP3 of this paragraph in a female British English voice."
The GPT picks a matching voice, submits the job, and returns a download link.
Find a voice:
"Show me all available Japanese voices from Google."
It searches the voice catalog and presents results with gender, model type, and sample availability.
Check before spending:
"How much would it cost to generate 2,000 characters with an Ultra voice?"
It returns the credit cost based on your plan tier.
Disconnecting
If you want to revoke access, go to your dashboard and disconnect the OAuth connection. The GPT will no longer be able to access your account until you re-authorize.
Who Is This For?
Anyone who uses ChatGPT and wants TTS without leaving the conversation:
- Content creators: generate narration while drafting scripts in ChatGPT
- Developers: test voices and generation parameters quickly before coding
- Non-technical users: full TTS access without touching an API or dashboard
Try It
Open the AI TTS Microservice GPT and ask it to generate something. The GPT will return a download link when the audio is ready.
