Using Our Services

By accessing theproductivepixel.com or any of our products, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.

What We Provide

The Productive Pixel LLC builds AI voice and text-to-speech products. Our flagship product, AI TTS Microservice, provides multi-provider voice generation, streaming delivery, audio sharing, and API access. Additional products are in development.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for unlawful purposes.
  • Generate content that impersonates real individuals without consent.
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures or rate limits.
  • Resell access to our services without written agreement.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any text you submit and audio generated from it. We do not use your content to train AI models. Generated audio may be used for any lawful purpose.

Pricing and Payment

Product-specific pricing is displayed on each product's website. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers. Free tiers may be modified or discontinued.

Availability

We aim for high availability but provide services “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Productive Pixel LLC's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Account Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, with notice where practical.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to The Productive Pixel LLC in its jurisdiction of formation, excluding conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
